I don't quite get what Arale is though. Is it an esxDOS replacement?

ARALE, Adaptive Retro Arch LFN ESXDOS, aims to be an ESXDOS replacement that implements LFN (long filenames) as well as some other improvements, such as dynamic page allocation on systems with more than 64k of paged RAM, to take advantage of it effectively.

ARALE doesn't work on systems with less than 8 pages of RAM (64KB)

I don't quite get what Arale is though. Is it an esxDOS replacement?

I’m close to the first Release Candidate, and as soon as I have it, I’ll post an image so you can try it on real hardware. Remember that it only works on DivIDE or DivMMC systems with more than 64K of paged RAM.
