FUZIX for ZX Spectrum +128k with DivIDE

Compiled for ESXDOS:
* put FUZIX to /BIN/
* put FUZIX.BIN to root

Boot ESXDOS and use .fuzix to start
FuzixOS in MAPRAM mode.
