Error loading basic

If I load TAP file with clear basic file then basic show "R Tape loading error, 0:1"

press RESET button ;erase basic data
.TAPEOUT ABC.TAP ;create new TAP file
SAVE "1" ;save program without basic data
.TAPEOUT -C ;close TAP file

Now you can open ABC.TAP file, but loading basic will with error....
