Topic: problems load game "u.n Squadron" tap

hello I have problem with the game U.N Squadron, I am not able to load the levels, only comes to the menu selection of controls and the rest of the tape does not load, why?

Please report more infos on the .TAP-file you use, and the hardware and esxDOS-Version you use...

Do you have the physical tape to test if this works?

Hi, I have a spectrum +2 gray, the esxdos version is 0.8.5, the tap works perfectly for me on real tape, thanks a lot for the help.

I can not test this game, but as .scl (or .trd) it possible would unter ESXDOS be playable.

ello, I managed to run it by running a * .scl file and passing it to * .trd, newbie question, is it worth upgrading to 0.8.6 beta or am I waiting for 0.9?

I think you can stay at esxDOS v0.8.5 if you want the stable version.
Changelog for v0.8.6 is here: http://board.esxdos.org/viewtopic.php?id=5 so you may decide if you "must" upgrade to v0.8.6
Changes for v0.9 will be as described here: http://board.esxdos.org/viewtopic.php?id=85
most important support for Long File Names (LFN). We will see when it´s released.
