I've changed the 128kB RAM bank detection to use random bytes instead of the "ESXDOS" fixed string.

If before press NMI exist in other ZX ram pages text "ESXDOS" from 49152 then system detect incorrect ram page and can save only 48kB SNA snapshot with incorrect ram data in high 16B.
